class report

I found it interesting that in his class report he brought in a taped interview to class and it was pretty intense with how the woman was talking but she was talking the bombing in japan which was graphic. what i found the most interesting was how the kids teased him in the most juvenile way asking about his cat and him referring to it in the old fashion way of "pussy" which has now become a vulgar word in our society and its not for little kids to use. but him not understanding why he shouldn't use it goes in hand with what ever mental problems he has going on inside him. I agree with how how the teacher handled it but i think that it was wrong that he did not control himself enough that Oskar could see that the teacher was laughing at him as well which even through he punished the kid he needs to have more control.
