I really, really love this book. It's poetry. The way time exists, the inventions, the way the actual words are laid out on paper, the metaphors... all of it cooperates so well to make such awesome imagery (for me, at least). I think about this book during the day, when I'm doing studio work, when other people are talking to me, when I really should be paying attention to something, or someone else. I love books that do well in providing a really heavy personal experience. It's hard to write a blog post about it, because it almost feels to personal to share. His writing style is a little scattered, but my brain's a little scattered. I think that's the best way anyone has ever conveyed anything to me. Really.
